A Personal Touch
Before you take ownership and move in, our Customer Care Team will give you a personal tour of your home to ensure everything is exactly the way you want it. As your first opportunity to see your finished home, your Customer Care Manager will also give you an orientation of your community and its features, demonstrate all your home’s functions and show you how everything works.
Your Home Warranty
Every Bogner home is covered by a comprehensive 2-5-10 year home warranty. This coverage includes materials and labour for 12 months, 15 months for common property, 2 years for distribution systems, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural components.
